Frequently Asked Questions

What's the best meat for tacos?

Traditional options include carne asada (beef), al pastor (marinated pork), pollo (chicken), or pescado (fish). Each has its own seasoning profile.

While corn tortillas are traditional, flour tortillas can be used. However, authentic Mexican street tacos always use corn tortillas.

  • Warm them properly and use two tortillas per taco. The double-layer provides strength and helps retain the fillings.

Offer both red (roja) and green (verde) salsas. Make them fresh if possible, as the flavors are more vibrant.
